For the 12th successive time, the Bol d’Or saw one of our designed boat crossing the finish line in pole position : Alinghi won the race in sometimes muscular conditions with the shortest time ever for a D35 in this event.This run of successes started in 2000 with the victory of Alinghi 42' "le black", which went on to defend its title in 2001, 2002 and 2003. Then, from 2004 onwards, the D35s took over the winning mantle.
